Today’s post is a short but sweet one.
We were cooped up in our house all day because, much like the rest of the South-East coast, we were waiting for the snow storm to hit.
I wanted to share a nice moment from the day that exemplifies neighborly kindness.
My family just got back from our Christmas trip back to Louisiana so all of our Christmas decorations are still up around our house, inside and out.
A young guy who lives a few doors down came over today with a ladder and offered to take the decorations outside down for my parents.
I thought this was a nice thing to share, as it exemplifies a simple, yet generous act of kindness.
Hope everyone stays safe and warm if you are expecting a snow storm this weekend!
